When you place an order please allow up to 3 days of processing the order.
The package will then be shipped to your location.
We ship only to the United States of America and the EU, not currently anywhere else.
Depending on your location it will take 7-12 days.
Soon after your order is processed you will get a tracking code sent to you.

Refunds
We get it. Sometimes an item does not arrive in perfect quality, and you have used your hard earned funds to buy from us.
We work tirelessly to make sure you have access to the best gear in the world for your dog and yourself, and it’s important to us that you’re 100% satisfied and confident in your purchase.
If for any reason you’re not satisfied with the condition of the item, we want to make it as easy as possible to get it right.
We’ll accept returns for refund
on any purchases where the item is broken or damaged or not in an acceptable condition (with a few exceptions noted below) within 30 days of the order date.
We do require that all items being returned are unworn (aside from trying it on), unwashed, and with all original tags attached. Items must also be free of any odour, stains, and parts of any kind to be eligible for a return and a refund of your money (less return shipping).

If your item does not arrive in an acceptable condition or is broken please contact us as soon as you can.
Either via the chat or email.
When it comes to returns we prefer emails.
1. Send us an email describing your issue and include a picture (This is obligatory)
2. We will process your refund and send you a return slip, on us of course.
3. Please let us inspect the item upon arrival and then we will send your refund payment on its way
4. If the item or items is not eligible for a refund we will contact you for further inquiry and solutions.
